Little girls will be little girls. These are regular antics little girls display towards males in authority who do not set the appropriate boundaries. At a point even my female subordinates were misbehaving until i realized that i was the one sub-consciously encouraging it. You know what to do to end it but sub-consciously you must be enjoying the attention, that is why they are bold enough to continue. Plus the fact that the behavior is not limited to only one or two students tells me that you are either consciously or sub-consciously giving these girls signals that you like their attention. They are now seeing you as their playmate. Otherwise, by default, students are meant to respect and fear their male teachers.
All this talk about not being too strict is out of place. These are secondary school students, prone to foolishness so just remember that you are not there to be their friend! It is over-familiarity that is causing all this so put an end to that if you know what is good for your integrity.
Also, its obvious that certain teachers must either currently or in the past, have been taking advantage of them and if you really care about these girls, you can take some proactive steps such as:
1. Discuss with the school authority without disclosing their identities, to make sure that responsible officers are more alert;
2. If they persist have them punished severely for their own good;
3. Organize seminars, debates, etc that will be themed on sexual health and in particular, the importance of protecting the girl child from older male predators.

Leave the east alone, I served in the north and had similar experience Exactly what i told him... i dnt kniw why some guys ar3 so deluded. My brother served in ondo.. and had worst experience. Some even started coming to school without pants.. or should i say she went to a conner and removed it. But all i he kno was a gal opening legs for him in class wasnt puttin on pants. |
