So how much was eventually spent? All those softwares listed here cannot cost more than 50 million, including the enterprise licenses and hardware/servers used to host the software. Building 2 data centres cannot cost more than 300 million. Training etc, maybe another 150 million. Wetin remain? There are 3rd party data centres in the country like Rack centre and MDX - 1 that can host their data. So let us get back to the question. How much exactly was spent on the whole project?

I think what you be asking is , if a contractor handled the contract after round of bidding. If so, you can reach the contractor to get the bill of quantity.

Do you know the contractor? Do you have his details? They said they spent 700 million. So just how much was spent on each item? I have just made a rough estimate, but since I don't have the full details, my estimates may not be accurate.

Let Fayemi act like Ceaser's wife. He should be seen to be above board. He needs to give full disclosure of what was spent, and how much was spent on each item. He should not let anyone rubbish his name and reputation. Just my 2 cents.

a look at the 2016 budget upon which this expenditure is predicated has budgets for computers, softwares, IT equipment & other related expenses with an estimate of over N1.5b...


so all the grammar that the ministry is saying is just an attempt to confuse issues.
