majority of importer don't have vast information on how the customs duties are generate. Most importer would have shipped goods before knowing that they will need to pay for their goods.

I have come across client that thought the only charges they will pay is import duties percentage. Example. 20% import duty whereas there are some charges that may not be visible as an importer.
