Whats with Nigerians bloggers and fake news. A fake news checking organisation is needed in Nigeria ASAP, its unfortunate that most of these end up on Nairaland's front page.

fake news is now the new gold mine. Unfortunately most of them dont know the rudiments of journalism.they think that all you need is, good writing skills and catchy headlines to drive traffic to their blog, which means more money for them.most of them are into blogging for them money, not because they have the passion for it.

Many of them do not even have good writing skills. angryThey cut and paste the same story, complete with the same errors, straight on to their blogs or websites. No fact finding, no investigation, no cross checking, no verification. shocked Just check, if a story leaks today, about 6 to 10 bloggers would have recycled the same story on their blog, warts and all within 24 hours. 'Rawbbish' people! Even their headlines are deceptive!
