A home is found under the bridge
When lives are lost across the streets
A time to live and a moment to die
Life's lessons are learnt when the times are hard
There is light at the end of the tunnel
Tell that to the man about to jump into that tunnel.
He feels his hope is lost and mutters a prayer just to change its course.
Hunger was his breakfast,
Humiliation was his lunch
and Sorrow his dinner.
He was always caught in a straight betwixt two
"The devil and the deep blue"
"The rock and a hard place"
Is there hope for this man?
