Yesterday was exactly 2 years i created this thread https://www.nairaland.com/2764177/3d-views-some-2015-designs, i got many commendations, lot of inquiries and indeed,many questions from people on that thread.

One question that prompted the creation of this thread, was "Are these houses going to look to like this after construction"?

well, i am taking my time to explain stage by stage construction details of this building.
As usual, all questions are welcome.
Please feel free to tag all the constructions masters in this section. I may not know them all but i need them here



1. It's a building of 6 flat on three levels (ground, first and pent floors)
2. Ground and first floors consist of two units of bedrooms flats with 1 room BQ
3. The pent floor is of 2 units of 2 bedrooms flat and 1 room BQ with also rooftop terrce.
4. each flat is about 510 sqm, making it 1100 sqm on each level
the building consists of 2 staircases (entrance and emergency) and an elevator in front.
5. On the site, we have swimming pool, 12 packing spaces (2 for each flat), pool and gym house, gate and gen houses (see site plan later)
6. We have about 150sqm as total landscape area.

The picture below shows the 3d view of the said building under construction.

Just like many houses in this part of lagos, we had to sand fill the site to about 750mm high before the building was commenced.
Now our ground beams are about 1500mm, making the building 2250mm higher than the existing road
