Seems a lot of financial institutions do not collect landed properties for loans while most people I know that needs loan have landed properties ranging from already built houses with all documents intact including C Of O to low entrepreneurs with virgin lands with all documents intact except C Of O ( c of o in view of course).

I NEED phone numbers of loan givers in Lagos and Ogun state with sensible interest rates.
People need loans and they have land collateral; not cars or jewelries.

Please, don't come here with all these sites and numbers of people and companies that only deal with salary earners, car collection as collateral or jewellers.

The only available collateral is landed property or land itself.

Serious business minded people are needed
And least I skip,
Honesty and transparency are key factors too.
