How do you know if the girl you are in relationship with, really love you and want to settle down with you?

I have seen a situation where by two friends where in relationship, it happen that the guy love the girl, but the guy is not a party type
so the girl left him and got the kind of man she want the party type so they got married, and now she is regretting her choice because her man is a party rider that has no time for her at home. LESSON you can not eat your cake and have it, always appreciate what you have at hand.
