I have noticed this times without number but i was always thinking it might be an error on my side, maybe i mistakenly follow a topic without knowing. I finally realized i wasn't making any mistake but i keep seeing that all of a sudden am following a topic which i have to unfollow.

Why is this happening to my profile and i believe some other persons experience this also.

If you comment on a topic, you are automatically following it.
There is an option to Not Follow at the end of every comment.
