Just what I was thinking. Honouring a police invitation on a friday will likely keep you there till the next working day which is monday. Their excuse is usually "No bail on Sat and Sun except you are ready to spend good money".

Friday to Monday is 24 hrs in police working calendar. He should fire his lawyers.
