MODE OF PREPARATION

• Measure out 50g of Laba Bean Flour into a bowl
• Pour 120ml (2/3) Standard Liquid Milk Tin) of water into the bowl into the bowl and stir thoroughly to make a fine paste.
• Add a table spoon of vegetable oil.
• Add spice to taste and smoked fish, egg, crayfish or corned beef according to personal preference and stir thoroughly.
• Pour the mix into an oil plastic cup/oiled packed. 6. Steam cook for 30-40 minutes.

AKARA

• Measure out 50g of Laba Bean Flour into a bowl.
• Pour 60ml (1/3 standard liquid milk tin) of water into the bowl and stir thoroughly to make a fine paste
• Add chopped/blended onions, pepper and salt to taste
• Scoop the batter with spoon and drop gently into boiling vegetable oil to fry.
