Yes, as normal as the word denotes. Louise Brown (first child to be born through IVF is still alive and procreated her child (circa 2012/2013) through the conventional reproductive process.

The children will be okay as long as they are well taken - just like others. Unfortunately, I don't see that happening considering she's the second wife(probably more wives below her), 17 years after marriage, quadruplets, economic situation in the country and lack of education on her side.
