Dear Ntel,
I write to register my utmost displeasure at the way you sneaked your new tariff plan on me. I have been a faithful subscriber with the line 08048188*** and 08048188*** since NTEL commenced commercial services in 2016. This recent increase is obviously aimed at punishing me for staying faithful to your brand. You know that the tariff was earlier increased from to N12,500 not very long ago in bad taste too.

I am serving you notice that I would not renew my subscription with you again, after my current plan runs out. Your business model would backfire on you as I know a couple of other friends who have already left. Spectranet did exactly what you are doing now, and have not fully recovered from that misstep. I assure you, we would be fine without you, Ntel.

So long.
