99k for those things is still low to me, so you better watch out, sending money to someone you have never deal with before is a lot of risk, think about it if the risk is worth taking then you can go on or add some money to it and buy you thing in Nigeria, i can equally supply you if you are interested, you pay to my partner when you are collecting the goods
