Na im be say money done finish'Ha! Money done finish when there were finally 'only' about 20 people in front of me? Money did not finish when I had about 35 people before me. It didn't finish more than one hour ago when I joined the queue.It's now that I finally had hope that money decided to finish.I just weak.I quietly found a place to sit o, while thinking of what to do with my life. Cross over to the opposite bank and join the queue that already looked like Reinhard Bonnke's crusade?
Well, I remembered that the weapons of our warfare are not carnal. Since this could have only been manipulation from my village people, I decided to fight the battle in the spiritual realm too. I've not even finished lifting up my voice in prayer when an angel appeared to me.
This angel came in the form of the girl that had been standing directly in front of me, the only other person on the queue that hadn't been wearing her frustration like an armour. Passing where I was seated, she casually bent down and whispered the sweetest words I'd ever heard in my ears. She said 'The ATM inside just paid me. Quietly goan withdraw before people find out'. As a sabi girl na, I just jumped up and strolled inside, even though everything inside of me was asking me to hurry.
On getting inside, there were 4 people already there. Omo, those 4 people seemed like nobody compared to what I'd already been through o. We were all so relieved we could actually greet and converse with each other like normal people.
Brethren, to the glory of God and shame of my village people, I successfully withdrew money today o. But before it got to my turn, we decided to tip those outside off, since there were just two of us left and our getting money was a sure thing. You need to see stampede. In a matter of seconds, there were more than 50 people on the line. I kid you not. After I'd collected my money and was floating out, those on the line were all staring at me with reverence in their eyes. I'm honestly sure I heard someone say 'Congratulations' Some might have even been touching the hem of my garment to 'tap' intomy blessings. I'm telling you, I was a cross between Jesus on the triumphant entry and Queen Elizabeth on tour.I've never felt so 'blessed' in my life.This is my testimony o. Join me in praising God.
The only thing that made me falter was the sight of the old man who'd been directly behind me before. He was positioned almost at the end of this new line. And one can only hope the money in this ATM is not exhausted again before it gets to his turn.
