That is a good pointer that you are a terrific alpha. Not every dog owner can boast of same about their dogs, even for a non aggressive dog. I have seen a Boerboel that plays wit me and can feed from my hand without us having issue, but I Dare not disturb her when she is having her meal in her bowl... Me sef no fit try am. She devours the meal ferociously and you see the bowl sparkling within the squeeze of a lemon, no matter its quantity. She just will poo it away.

So sad I never knew losing a pet could be as painful as this. Robin died on Sunday he was crushed by a neighbor's car, he was sleeping under the car my neighbor got in started his engine, Robin was still there and that was it he was crushed it was after the incident that we found him lifeless and shattered ......... sad

Fish bone is just as dangerous as meat bone, if not more...I mostly debone my fish whenever I serve my dogs fish, though sometimes when I have the time I give them only the center bones after clipping off all the spikes with a nail cutter or scissors and separating the bone into individual pieces of vertebrae rather a single long piece...
