Let's use the United States army's values as an example; It's acronym is LDRSHIP; Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Honor, Integrity, Personal Courage. These are all character traits required to lead men. These words are foreign to Nigerians because hardly anyone has those character values in that country hence the predicament they find themselves.
