To begin, the notion most Nigerian men cannot handle financially independent women is a hoax. While what constitutes financially independent women have been misconstrued, abused and perniciously adopted as a façade by many Nigerian women, I do not intend to debate on this. However, when a lady is living large off the sweat of her adulterous impositions, sees herself as belonging to this category, I totally agree Nigerian men cannot handle such. On the other hand, when an intelligent, hardworking lady is identified to be in this category, YES! Nigerian men can handle her. Overall, whether dude in 9ja can cope with a financially independent woman is deeply rooted within what constitutes such classification.

Nigeria men should date a woman in their class. This is the position of most Nigerian women but they would be hoping to date a guy far above their class educationally, financially, psychologically and socially. This is always termed as ambitions for the Nigerian women, which means by their standard men should not be ambitious. Surprisingly, I know several men who have been called out by same women for settling with a lady they felt does not fit their class out of either jealousy or some other reasons beyond me. This is a confirmation of how confused 9ja women are.

To be Continued...... cool cool cool

You have said it all.

A good number of females today are amateur prostitutes. Their only interest is to gain financial reward for sexual activities. How can someone in their sane mind respect such nonentities?!

i find it unnecessary countering a female nairalander's thread with another thread, especially one written with bias to favour their gender. if you have any disagreement, state it right their in the thread and dust your feet. opening a counter thread would only take you through the yawnsome male vs female rigmarole again.

the jobless "feminist" clique will soon descend on you. just wait for it.
