So my dad and I were watching an advert on TV. There was an scene were a clergy did like a punk like style. my father wa like how would a clergy do such.

So my question is do u have to detest from doing different spontaneous hairstyles if you r a pastor or is it just the nigerian mentality. For me I don't see any problem in doing different styles tho.

The Bible made it clear in 1 John 2:15 "Do not love this world nor the things it offers you, for when you love the world, you do not have the love of the Father in you". That is the answer to your question

hair styles don't change anything it's a step towards legalism... though we shouldn't destroy the weaker in Faith by our knowledge ..... yet this truth has to be known...

a Christian shouldn't have a reputed bad hair style because of weaker brethren , the pastor did wrong by allowing that hair style because of people that will condemn not that their condemnation does anything ... it's a sin for the brother which he can ask forgiveness for ....
