Properties and cars worth millions of Naira were today 4th January 2018, razed down in a fire outbreak which occurred at popular Oshodi market in Lagos. Though men of the fire service have succeeded in putting out the fire which spread to many shops, the cause of the fire is yet to be known as of the time of this report.

This is indeed none the less saddening as its a News that is uninspiring going by the negative effect it must have had not only to the psychology of the Shop owners and the loss of their unquantifiable valuables at this point in time.

This indeed has it own effect on the side of Government as well since the limited resources that should have been deployed to other developmental projects would now be used in rebuilding process of the Market and compensation plan definitely.

But Usually the Fire incidences in Market environment are most often times related to electrical surge and this would lead us to the idea of safety measures to be undertaken by the individual shop owners and Marketers in putting of light when vacating for home after sales among others.

That is why sometimes We (GOD) try to as much as possible ask relevant questions as part of our comment too so that one wouldn't be caught on the wrong side of any report except that which One is privy to watch on screen of the Television as that gives a much more credible base for any particular story line
