Breaking: Akwa Ibom Governor sacks Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs Commissioner Akwa Ibom Governor sacks Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs Commissioner The Akwa Ibom State Governor, Udom Emmanuel, today Friday, effected a minor change in the State Executive Council. Mr. Udom sacked his Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs Hon. Udo Ekpenyong with immediate effect through a statement by the commissioner for Information and Stragtegy, Mr Charles Udoh. The Governor wished Hon. Ekpeyong well in his future endeavours.
