These new channels are in addition being added to the over 40 channels in place since October 2017

Nobody seems to know what plans they have in the New Year

Was surprised to pick the signals here in owerri with STRONG SRT4669 decoder. never knew they were on air. However still waiting for live football matches to be aired, then only then will i take them more seriously.

I will advise you contact your installer - since you admitted you are new.
You will not need to buy any additional items since you have a STRONG Decoder. I only hope your Strong decoder is of HD (High Definition) variety
You will make available the following parameters to your Installer in order for him to track down the location of TStv channels are being broadcast
TStv is on the West side: opposite to East - where the satellite bearing the DSTv signals is

Frequency: 11052
Symbol Rate: 30000
Polarity: Horizontal (H)
LNB Position: 4 O' Clock
Dish Size: 60cm (offset) and above
