Good day nairalanders. Please, I need a professional advise from experienced guys. I am currently stuck at the entry level of customer service for 3years. I have worked for two years as a Call Center Agent (Customer Service Representative) and currently working as a Service Center Agent in a Logistics firm as an entry level employee. From the look of things, career progression is not in view and it scares the shit out of me. I am even considering switching my career path. I must confess, I am really confused and I don't really have a clue of what to do now.
