Please I need clarification on POP and gypsum board. Which one is more prefarable and cost of each per Sq metres.

They are both suspended ceilings...however it depends a lot on how you want to apply their use....gypsum board is good and can be used over long spans...the only difference is that,POP ceilings have wider use and applications,the designs vary and you can come up with interesting forms depending on the skill of the contractor....with regards to cost,it depends on your application or use...I will prefer gypsum boards in formal areas say offices,hospitals and the likes while for residences I will prefer POP ceilings...about cost,i am not up to date with the current rates,i will advise you conduct a market survey after speaking with the contractor...
