Virtual Assistant

A growing startup in Ibadan requires the services of Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely.

Responsibilities
Type documents, mail letters, and take notes.
Research materials and sources for presentations.
Handle corporate/website information, newsletter and updates.
Assist in preparation of database and reports (reports on weekly tasks, deliverables, etc).

Requirements and Qualifications
NYSC/ND/HND/Bachelor Degree Holder.
Possession of Computer and smartphone devices.
Female graduates living in Ibadan are also encouraged to apply.
Prior experience in related areas is not mandatory.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to volunteer minimum of 1 hour per day.
