Role Description
- As a Business Developer, you are required to project the brand in a sellable way and get more terminal agents aboard the platform. This will be done in a dynamic, innovative manner that promotes the benefits of being a terminal agent for the platform. The business developer will employ leadership and poise as well a convincing rhetoric in getting the large network of terminal agents needed.
- As a Business Developer, you will act as a middle person between the organisation and terminal agents, relaying needful information to and fro both ends.
- Again, you are to look out/observe for the lapses of the terminal agents and look out for ways to prevent/prohibit further exhibitions of these lapses. You will also represent the interests of the terminal agents and propose their ideas to ensure the furtherance of their pursuits.
- A business developer, in this regard, is also expected to supervise and inspect the workings and activities of the agents in our physical outlets.

Training
Training sessions will be organised every once a while for successful Business Developers. This is to help them get a hang of their important role at the beginning and then acquaint them with the several areas that need to be penetrated as time goes on.
