An ex-President of the Student Union Government in Rivers State University,Port Harcourt Prince Ernest Masi have revealed the identity of one of the person allegedly behind admission Racketeering in the institution.
In an Exclusive Interview with Revelation Agents Online News,the Ex-SUG President said when he heard the news on radio that the School Governing Council have set up a committee to investigate the alleged admission racketeering in the institution,He felt it was incumbent on him as an ex- Student Union Government leader to tell the the panel what he knows about the issue from his finding .
Prince Ernest Masi who is also a Post Graduate Student of Electrical Power Systems Engineering said one Nnadikwe Johnson also known as Aliowere who was claiming to be admission officer allegedly defrauded many prospective admission seekers to the tune of two digits.He revealed that the said Aliowere who is a post graduate student of Chemical/Petroleum Engineering department allegedly collected 50,000 from one Daniel Pepple, also defrauded Ijiele Chiwetu,Ihieyi Blessing and many others.The former SUG leader hinted that he has interacted with many of the victims who confirmed Aliowere collected money from them with promise of giving them admission.
He said he informed the Governing Council of what he knows about the admission fraud so that the person involved in defrauding Rivers people can be brought to Justice.
He said he has confident in the panel led by Barr Mrs Aguma because of her integrity and pedigree.
The ex-Student Union Leader advised students seeking admission not to be deceived as admission is not for sale in the institution but can only be gotten through hard work.
Meanwhile When Revelation Agents on line News contacted Nnadikwe Johnson for his reaction on the matter, he said he has never involved in admission racketeering in RSU or any other place.He told Revelation Agents online news to desist from sending him text messages alleging the same or whatsoever.He ended by saying Be “warned”.
Meanwhile Revelation Agents learnt that the said Nnadikwe Johnson was invited by the Governing Council and Interrogated on the issue of alleged admission racketeering last Tuesday.
It will be recalled that the head of the Governing Council Justice(rtd) Iche Ndu inaugurated a committee chaired by Barr Mrs Aguma to investigate scandals of admission racketeering which rocked the institution last year
