As much as I don't like to do this but I am left with no option than to call out the company with their incompetence staffs especially the customers service.

I ordered 1gb mtn data from them since 01/02/2018 at exactly 1:53pm which was not delivered till this time around and I receive no refund despite repeated demand for the refund .


The customers service keep on assuring me that the data will be sent `soon ` but I think that soon is yet to arrive.

I later pressed for the cancelation of the order which took them hours to do but after cancelling the order they still refuse to credit my wallet.


Pray you don't have complains with their site because the person in charge of the customers service is either clueless about the workings of the site or incompetent to handle the complains.

How did they know your moniker?

They are frauds, currently having an issue of missing fund with them. I transferred #3000 to their account since on the second of this month they are yet to credit my wallet, even after showing them my transaction history.
Their customer agent is so incompetent, seems I will create a thread for them in the morning.
