Good day everyone, we are new employees at the federal psychiatric hospital useful Benin city, we were employed December 2017 and up til date we have not being paid but other old staff have all received their pay upon enquiry we were told that we will not be paid for 3 months. My question is who is holding back the money Federal government or the Hospital management board. Other ministries new employees (federal government) have all received their pay.
