Only eight states in America actually considers continuation of sex when consent has been withdrawn after penetration rape. The other states find it to be rape if the penis goes out of the vagina and then goes back in so it is slippery but under Nigerian law, I doubt it can be called rape.

Based on these two points, yes, the guy can be charged for rape based on coercion but consent withdrawal after penetration, we will need higher authorities to clear it up

Rape is an unlawful sexual activity and usually sexual intercourse carried out forcibly or under threat. So it is a rape technically
