Hello my people, I don't know where to start from but I'm critically depressed to the extent that I can't carry out normal activities daily. I'm so scared and worried on what to do next. The depression is usually high in the morning and it's been going on for two weeks now. My mind is stuck in the past. Anyone help please. I need to talk to somebody...    It's very urgent... I'm feeling lonely and hopeless... Any psychiatrist or psychologist in the house? |
