My brother, baptism is essential if one must make heaven, In fact it's a criteria. Baptism by immersion is not complete if eventually one is not baptised of the Holy ghost. If you must see the Kingdom or possess the kingdom of God, then you must be born of the spirit of God that comes through baptism(John3:3) . Baptism by immersion isn't really necessary but it's significant because it's an outward declaration of repentance and purity by faith that one is saved, dead to the flesh and now risen again as a spirit united with Christ to become one(1 Corinth 6:16-17).

Baptism of the holyGhost is the confirmation that one is born of God and is truly repentant.
