Let me first correct something:

We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone.

On the contrary, the WORD says: "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God" (Rom. 3:23). The Bible does not teach that the glory of God is within everyone. Rather, those who are called and have responded to the divine call of God in Christ Jesus are the ones to whom that glory is revealed:

"Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified." (Rom. 8:30).

God desires to reveal His glory to all - but that revelation comes to those who respond to the divine calling He offers.
