Your android device is acting up and you've tried all you can to get it up and running but nothing seems to work and you cant even gain access to the factory reset option, and it seems there's nothing more you can do, Then you should try to the hard reset option or recovery mode. There's no one fixed way of getting into the recovery mode it all depends on the manufacturer of your device. However, there are are several options you can try to get you into the recovery mode of your android device.

HOW TO ENTER RECOVERY MODE ON ANDROID

Make sure to power off the device then try the following:

1. Press and hold the power button and the volume buttons (up and down together)
2. Press and hold the power button and the Volume DOWN button together
3. Press and hold the power button and the Volume UP button together
4. Press and hold the Home button, power button and the Volume UP button together
5. Press and hold the Home button, power button and the Volume DOWN button together

one of these combinations will take you into the recovery mode, if you are using a Chinese phone then what you will most likely see will be the image below:

This can be very daunting at first considering the fact that most of us don't understand Chinese language but you can use the legend below as a guide:
(the legend can be located on the attached picture)

Using the Volume buttons you can navigate Up and Down the Menu. To hard reset your device use the volume down button and move to item number 7 and then use your power button to select it, when the process is done you then use the Volume down button and and move to Item number 9. The system will now reboot to its original factory default.

Hopefully, that should take care of your issue.
