good day too you all, please am here to seek advice on how to legally move and join my America lady. am 30 years old guy based in Lagos and she is 29years based in America, we have been dating for some months now, and now she is visiting nigeria next month ending. seriously we have planned on how i can relocate there and married, the plan was for her to come first and visit and why also visit her after some months then i returned back to Nigeria while she filled for me to come there and marry her then settle..... am just here to get any good advice on any other option if there is that match what we have planned and also i will like to know what type of visa that will be, just incase the option is good.

Instead of wasting your time with the fiance visa, why can't she come to Nigeria and you get married in Lagos, then she can go ahead and file CR1 visa for you. It's going to take a year or thereabout but it worth the wait because you will get your Green card few weeks after you got to the States, l pray everything works fine for you.

And please make sure you save all chats history. I always suggest WhatsApp because all your messages can be forwarded to your email account and easily print out. You should also chat more than talk except you know ways to transcribe your phone conversations to writing. And congratulations you have good age match otherwise huge age gap between spouses might be cumbersome especially if the woman is 10 or more older than her Nigerian husband. And take many romantic and family pictures as many as possible.
