From 1960 till date, only two university graduates ever governed Nigeria. The rest of them were rulers...and all the rulers had between Primary 6 certificate and WASC!
A significant number of the governors, senators and rep members are hardly literate!

The despicable constitution of illegality foisted on us has pegged the educational limit for elective positions as WASC! My gateman has 5 credits in WAEC and obviously more qualified than a certain president! Since we are in the business of electing only Northerners, why not make my gateman the president? He's definitely more qualified than most!
The Decree 24 was designed to keep out the intellectuals and ensure that the crooked illiterates among us get elected! Just imagine? I say torpedo this constitution!

90% of those who rule us are barely literate! Any wonder why the subregion called Nigeria is a basket-case? Dunces run things here! And most of the ruling dunces are controlled by illiterate ragheads from the Sahel masquerading as traditional rulers! A society where misfits rule can neither have justice, peace nor development!

Before the war, there were illiterates, true, but there was also a strong preference for educated leaders. The war destroyed that structure and placed the military led by the Hausa Fulani who feared intellectuals in power. Not even northerners were spared.

Watch the old documentaries on Nigeria before the war. The Nigerian elite with notable exceptions from the north, were highly educated intellectuals - Awo, Zik, Ojukwu. Even Gowon tried to emulate refinement.

Since that time, the political elite has maintained it's hold on power by obstructing educated people who desire power and ensuring the masses remain undereducated.

What did we achieve when we had two university lecturers are President and Vice President? These certificates are making the professor to feel that his brain is working more than Iya Chinyere the akara seller's own. Prof, that is nonsense. Prof., you are an illiterate yourself. Go and die.

A recent research shows that the average IQ of the current crop of elected officials in Nigeria is 63!
The average IQ of Nigerian citizens is 67!
Inference: Nigerians elected people they're far smarter than!
Again, the average IQ of the Japanese politician is 114. The average IQ of Japanese citizens is 110.
Meanwhile, IQ Categories are shown below:

> 140 = Genius
120-140 = Excellent
110-120 = Very Good
100- 110 = Good
90-100= Fair
80- 90 = Poor
Less than 80 = slowpoke

All the categories are present in Nigeria and in all countries of the earth. We have more Morons than Geniuses hence the depressed average. We do have folks in the high 100s aplenty too but while other countries chose from 110 and above and bring out their best, Nigeria presents the worst among us! All thanks to the despicable structure we run.

It saddens me how the greater percentage of the People who call Nigeria home, seem to have forgotten History. Many are totally unaware of the History of Nigeria. As a result of the lack of knowledge of the past, the vast majority of the citizenry find it difficult to situate the current morass in which we find ourselves with historical events.

In the first part of the Series named "Contradictions", we had a lot of enquiries on very basic historical questions. That got us very worried, and we saw a new vista of problems. Without the knowledge of the past, the future is very bleak as the mistakes of the past would simply be repeated, with the same results! And we are making quite a lot of them to the consternation of a world aghast at our foolishness!
In the US, American History is studied from Grade School throughout High School! Almost 14 years of learning their own History. See one of the reasons why that country is great? But I digress...

What we see as governance in Nigeria, is not related to governance anywhere in the world! When people asked for a strong president rather than a strong institution, I panicked! I said to me: do they know what they're asking for? Dictatorship! Fascism! They said I was talking smack and to shove it! Anyway, we got exactly what we asked for: Fascist Feudalism...in gargantuan proportions.
In the past few weeks, we started asking ourselves questions...not necessarily research questions but rhetorics while drinking with my research team...we asked why did Nigerians do what they did in 2015? Why do many still believe a Messiah is all we need? Why do we single out an individual and confer godlike powers on him? Why do we end up choosing the most intelligently limited among us as leaders?
So over the drinks, we would check Google, etc. Almost unconsciously, it is becoming a full research work.
One of the preliminary reports came in a few days back; the vast majority of those who lead us have ridiculously low IQs...extremely low IQs and should not be in the position of leadership by any mistake of nature or otherwise!

Over 90% of elected officials, appointees, national and States Assembly members, judges, military, police, civil servants, etc have very low IQs! The highest IQ class is actually found in the Finance Sector! The next is in the Oil Industry! Unfortunately, these high IQ group don't get to make the decisions; the low IQ folks make the policies for them!
How's this possible? How on earth did the low IQ people get to dictate the policy directions for the largest Black Country in the world and bringing disrepute to the one billion strong black population of this planet?
The answer is simple, fascinating, and in very plain sight! It is so glaring that I feel embarrassed...

Recall we had been discussing the phenomenon of Low IQ persons getting into positions of power and dictating the policy direction for the subregion. All our findings led to just one figure:
1966
Prior to the so-called independence of Nigeria, the British colonialists ensured that those in the Civil Service, their Warrant Officers, District Heads, Heads of Departments, etc were all educated. Mostly, exams were taken for anyone to get into any position of authority. With this, communities set up schools where missionaries could not cover so as to better being Western Education to their people. Communities celebrated their educated ones and encouraged them to participate in government.

In 1953, parliamentary elections were held for the regions and the federal house. Communities sent only the educated to Parliament. There were few educated though so various communities sent in their best! The Parliament was lively and debates were solely intellectual. Even the Northern Region sent their educated...(they had more of Grade 2 certificate holders though).
Warts and all, the Parliament did a decent job. Then Tafawa Balewa (Grade 2 certificate) became the Prime Minister and Head of Government...and Ahmadu Bello (Premier of the North became the real power behind the throne and pandered to the Caliphate).
Tafawa Balewa had less capacity to govern than most graduates in Parliament. He made major mistakes...low IQ fellows make bad long-term decisions. And the military struck!

The foray of the military into governance sent everything down the ravine. There were only 5 university graduates in the military as at 1966. None of them got into governance. Most of the military men were primary school certificate holders. Some were not lettered at all. Most in the officers corps were WASC holders with a stint in Sandhurst Military Academy or India. Most of them had no idea how to govern a people or administer a department. They were mostly low IQ individuals. At best, they were semi illiterates!
These semi illiterates took over the country and set the pace for "governance" for almost 40 years! They called themselves "leaders" and the country acquiesced! Illiterates took over governance...and forever kept the country to their low IQ level...till date!

In those years these illiterates ran the show, they depended on only one factor to "govern": Brute Force!
Brute Force was the only philosophy of government to them. With the power they wielded, they assumed a godlike mien...they belied their absolute lack of capacity with Decrees! They would brood no opposition and they declared themselves "messiahs"! Research has proved it that low IQ individuals hide their inferior brains behind Brute Force, Decrees and Cabal.
Low IQ individuals do NOT employ people smarter than them. If and whenever some persons far smarter than they are get employed to work for them, the low IQ power wielder must reduce the superior brain of the subordinate to conform to his lower IQ.

With the assertion above, the Low IQ Military men populated ministries, departments, agencies, judiciary, police and all others with Low IQ personnel. Every aspect of national existence was manned by folks of low mental capacity!
Research has it that those with inferior mental processing capacity with powers far beyond their natural capacity resort into dictators. They remove all those whom they realise have superior mental capacity and ensure their subordinates conform to their Low IQ brains! These people all become extremely grateful to the Low IQ Military man at the top, and absolutely loyal to the system that emasculated them beyond their wildest dreams! They're happy to lord it over the intellectuals and would do anything to preserve such a system, that rewards the inferior, and punish the superior!

For almost 40 years, these Low IQ officials ran the country. They made the laws, the policies and gave directions according to their mental capacity. They formulated the system and established it as gospel. In 1999, they formalized it with Decree 24 and called the comedy a Constitution! With the formalization of the structure established by those of very low mental capacity, the intellectuals were locked out!
The intellectuals have been locked out of governance since 1966.

You might want to argue that some graduates are in governance now and are nor exactly spectacular? Sure...the few graduates are made to conform to a system established by their inferiors. The same system still has the largest population of inferiors thinkers wrought by the inferior system. Any intellectual that manages to get into governance is forced to think at the highest level the inferiors would. With this, all our policies, actions, and administration is restricted to the Low IQ philosophy of governance!
A president was elected with a higher mental capacity, the inferior brains and low IQ individuals wrestled him to the ground; he was not conforming to the established system wrought by people of Low IQ and was considered an upstart, and a troublemaker! The system settled for one of its kind...in 2015; they call him Messiah!

Dear Readers, no Messiah could change Nigeria. The system throws up the worst in the population and presents them as the best...then those inferior brains become leaders! That is the system we operate. Established by illiterates....and we want to make progress? Unless the structure were overhauled, the country is...very doomed!

To make the task easier, the South is being forced to disarm
While the Northern militia is being armed

It must be resisted in every way conceivable...

...the marauders are all over the country and the Sahelians have their evil plans

We shall stand our ground and defend our lives and property!
Everyone has a right to life, and has a duty to protect it! You can never take that away however much you try.
We will NOT surrender our arms to you or anyone, we shall encourage those who do not have to acquire some...and quick!

Ironically, Biafran independence is the only route to progress for Nigeria itself. Nigeria will stop being "a shithole" after Biafrexit, because Biafra will serve as a model and inspiration for the new Nigeria. It is the same way that Malaysia became developed after they expelled Singapore, because they were challenged by Singapore's meteoric progress.
