Subscribed for dstv compact for 6300 3 days ago after about 2 yrs and although the dstv customer care I called says the subscription is active, I have called them about numerous times with different resets done and the latest solution is to visit their office which is miles away, I can't view any channels because I'm getting E30-4 error. Now the question is can I get my money back? Someone told me to transfer said subscription to another user and agree on a fee with him/her. Solutions pls

Dstv transferred said subscription to my account which I used to resubscribe

So the dstv didn't work again ?
I'm having the same problem now
I haven't used the decoder for over 5 years now
And I just subscribe
It's showing me the same error
