The write up doesn't just add up at all,
First if a little kid fall inside a well he is expected to have some injury from the incident but in this case this boy we see in the pics have no bruises, secondly looking at the well the boy leg is too small to stretch to the end of the well to bring him out. So which method did he use to rescue his brother as even professional rescue team will also need equipment to do such an assignment.

1st if a 3 years old boy falls into a well with or without water, the little boy will be dead in minutes or very gravely injured. 2nd in a compound or community with adults around, who allows a 9 yrs old to go on such journey.

I think its either a shallow old well that kids converted into a playground or the 9 years old just invented the story himself
