You will only upload passport and signature for normal/locally trained PCM registration. Only foreign trained, married and medical (Doctors, Phamacist) PCMs are required to uplaod documents which depend on the category they belong to.

Also, PCM which are not medically fit will uplaod letters from their doctor.

You don't need any fitness certificate for registration. You might need it when going to Camp.
