I have been enduring their fraud for long now, but I need to speak out since the numerous calls and complains I've put through their useless customer care deck ain't helping. I don't know if I'm the only one experiencing this or their are people like me out there. I was surfing the net two days ago when suddenly my 3G signal disappeared to God knows where. I thought it was Glo normal annoying service, so I tried switching to flight mode and back on like I usually do whenever I had poor signal. but this time nothing happened, so I restart my phone- still no different. I was like WTH!... I had to checked my Data and magically 245 MB I had left Just disappear to Pluto. I was so furious and pissed off cuz I checked my Data less than 20 minutes earlier and how come 245 MB just vanished? firstly I don't remember downloading anything, 2ndly even though I was downloading sef it should take Glo network 9 hours plus to download file of 245 MB, and thirdly... I still have 7days before expiration... so what happened to my data? I asked myself. I tried calling them, but got the" bla bla bla are currently busy....bullcrap* immediately I dropped the call, I received a message (dear customer you've bla bla bla your data and you're bla bla bla Flexi bla 0.0k)zafork!!! I tried calming myself by checking their useless bonus- was still having 3k and 237 MB in my bonus account. I was like OK, lemme kukuma use this pending when all their customers care are back from Mar. so, I switched on my Data and magically 3gb was back, so I tried downloading a song of 7MB... I dropped the phone and went to take a bath. 10 minutes later, I was through and the first thing I checked was the phone... as expected only 2mb downloaded so far...zafork. I checked back 5mins later again, this time It was on 3.53 and not moving... wetin happen again naw? I immediately checked the bonus Data and.......... e don happen 237mb and 3k are gone......jesu...glo I swallow my pain and saved it until when their CC will pick my calls. that was how I lost almost 500mb and 3k useless bonus for nothing. ............ by noon I had plans of borrowing without paying and dumping the SIM, unfortunately I was only allowed to borrow N200... at-all at-all na him bad pass. so I borrowed and make short calls, I was not bothered about checking how much I was being billed.... until I made a 2nd call... then the unexpected happened. the call ended while I was still talking... immediately the screenshot I attached below popped up.. ah call of 88sec N33 was billed? N200 gone? first call I made was not up-to 3mins o... Glo.... so I later completed my call the next day with my MtN line (the number I called was neither Glo or MtN but Etisalat o... check the two screenshot and see the huge difference between Glo and MtN call charges... I thought Glo has repented from their fraudulent ways. So, I dusted my Glo sim after putting it away for months. I insert it into my iPad, check the balance and boom.. Glo juju catch me, Glo said I should buy data of 2gig with #1000 and i fell for it. The most surprising of it all is that when I wanted to do the sub the network bar was full to the brim unfortunately I hardly get two bar since morning. The network is so slow and can’t even stay on 3g for five minutes without reverting back to 2g(edge). Abeg who still dey use 2g browse internet these days. People should stay away from that useless network called Glo. They are unrepenting ripper. |

The zaza network just ripped off my credit...saying I have subscribed for glo radio and voice call tips.. . E be like say glo wan blow abi? .shey na by force dem take buy trash?  |
