Rehoboth Park & Gardens, Ibeju Lekki measures 500ft

All other Estates in Shimawa, Ikorodu, Atan, Ota, Sagamu and Ibadan measures 60ft by 120ft or (648m2)

What type of Title/document will be given to subscribers?

-A duly executed purchase receipt
-Contract of Sale
-Letter of Plot Allocation
-Survey plan
-Deed of Sub-lease/Deed of Assignment.

What infrastructures will be provided by the developmental fee?

Provision of Transformer, Street Light, Electrification, Recreation Centre, Drainage System, Road and CCTV
