Dear Nairalanders,

I have heard about the Okigbo Panel report on the reorganization of the Central Bank of Nigeria. The report was said to have been finalized in 2004. References have been made to it more than a million times. I have seen shrapnels and pieces of the report here and there in some publications. There are recent indications that some civil society memebers got copies and sent it to the Federal Government.

All I am saying now is, let some please, for posterity sake give a link to where one can download the soft copy.

I trust Nairalanders can get it. I await patiently.
