Please, where and how do I use my Visa prepaid dollar card. Whenever I try to make payments online, the card keeps getting declined. I'm confused about what to do. I've called customer care tire (wish they'll make their lines toll free. Even if it's for only their customers) but all they can do is just to tell me my account balance and apologise for me not being able to use it for purchases online. Initially I attempted to make an Amazon Gift Card purchase of $50 and it went through but I wasn't debited until much later. I tried again and ever since then, my card is always declined. Please what do I do?
