The real culprits behind rigging are the masses who disnt register to vote or registered but decided not to vote for reasons i consider very flimsy.

This man's confession only reflects the decay in our rotten systems. All of them rig, in nigeria, even the ones that collect bag of rice. Am not justifyong his actions but to what means , that the same people he rigged for are not the ones in APC today?

Isn't obvious that it was stage managed?
How come he is saying it now that we are approaching 2019?. Why didn't he say this earlier ? He wants to deceive many Nigerians again to paint PDP bad as APC isn't PDP. The difference is the logo but the content are the same
