Please our legal opinion on these issues is welcomed.

1. My Landlord did not serve me 6 Months Quit Notice. He only served me 7 Days Notice and have taken me to Court.

2. My Landlord did not serve me any Quit Notice but gave me a Letter from the Lagos State Government Mediation Centre inviting me to the Local Government?

3. The Quit Notice I was given is backdated?

4. I bought a house from a family in Lagos but one of the Tenant in the House refused to vacate claiming to be one of the wives of the deceased owner. The family claimed that she was not married to their deceased brother but was just his girlfriend..
