Whenever I install kali linux, I never for once enjoy it.. Always Grub rescue issue.. What's the problem? Is it my system? Or what?... I use hp, Windows 10..720gb hard drive.. 80gb partitioned for Linux only... But I install kali now, I shut down later, after like 5 hours when I on system, I see Grub rescue again and this kali is really needed.. I don't know what to do again m. Please help me

It's a bootloader issue

Try installing only Kali on the system

The kernel has been upgraded to stop the spectre and meltdown vulnerabilities

Or just install it on a hypervisor

I don't want to make Linux only os on my system... Need both Windows and Linux

Yes hypervisor is like vmware

Use VMware its easier, just get an external wifi card

I have been dual booting for close to two years. Install a grub based bootloader from your windows environment after installing the preferred OS on the two partitions. With this you should be able to access your window files from Linux but not other way round

Both are debian based. Kali is common among security proffesionals while linux programmers and admins prefer ubuntu. All the kali tools can be installed on the ubuntu and many more. In fact, python scripts run more efficiently in ubuntu than kali

Lol, then Kali is not for you, you constantly need to run sudo get-update & sudo get-upgrade to have the latest exploits. And first run could take up 1.8gb of data depending.

I have 3 computers, 1 all in one Desktop and 2 laptops. All running dual boots of windows 10 and Linux kali, installing Grub in the master boot is the key, the way I do it is I first use windows to partition the hard disk, then use disk part with CMD to get the drive letters and check which partition has the boot label. I note this partition so when I boot to Kali and start instalation, when prompted to install grub on master boot I select no and then manually type in the install location. This is how I manage get grub to work.

That will be more expensive, subscribe glo oga sim plan, 1k should get you 3.5gb, the OS file is about 3.1gb size. You can download it from here https://www.kali.org/downloads/

Find a friend or acquaintance with unlimited internet and ask them to hep you download Kali all through the night when they are not using the internet.
Depends on where you i think I have a friend in Lag who can help you download it.
