Hi guys ! All the steps you want to know about enabling log catcher are here! Remarks: Log catcher must be running before issue happens. Step 1: Enable development mode. -Settings>About phone>continuously click 'Bulid number' for 10 times to invoke Developer menu. -Back to Settings >Developer options>Click 'on' button at the upper right corner to enable development mode. Step 2: Enter to Engineer Mode. -Dialpad "*#9646633#" in dial-pad to open Engineer Mode menu. -Slide from right to left 4 times to find "Log and Debugging" tab. http://www.infinix.club/forum/550/309335 -Click "MTKLoger" option to enter MTKlogger settings interface.

Step 3: Enable MTKlogger. -Click log setting button at the upper left corner to open Setting menu. Tap enable buttons to active the corresponding logs. (MobileLog: Should be activated for all problems) (ModenLog & NetworkLog: Activate for Call and network related problems only,it will accelerate battery draining once activated) (GPSLog: Enable for GPS related problems only)

Step 4:Run log catcher. -Tap the Triangle shape icon at the middle bottom and then click OK to start run log catcher. (Log catcher is running now,you can click Home button and then operate you phone to reproduce the problem.)

Step 5: Stop log catcher and upload logs. -Take a screenshot when problem occurs,then go to MTKLoger and tap the square shape icon to stop log catcher.

Step 6: Send the screenshot and logs to us. -Find "mtklog" folder in "File Manager",then upload the folder and the screenshot to a net-disk, and then send the issue description and log download link to us for analysis.
