I don't think he will. His expenses are literally electricity and security. Shina Peller is selling fantasy and fantasy sells.

How much you think is annual rent for that location? Even if he owns the property, he should pay rent to himself.

How much is waiter paid?

How much is their bouncers paid?

Lightening and ac maintenance

So much dead debt in club biz

I have always thought so too. The IPhone was not designed for the african market.

It cost far more than it is worth.

I am sure the folks at Apple HQ would be amused at these buyers from the african continent. They rely on Bill gates for polio vaccines but can afford a phone of $800.

I would laugh my head off if i was an american working at Apple. Africans are funding my american existence.

I agree with all you wrote.

The White man has marvelled at the Black man for 500 years. There is no end to our foolishness.

When I mean his expenses are electricity and security, I mean that what he pays more for.

He owns the building. Nigeria first purpose built club.

Most waiters end low, they make more from tips and extortion when you are drunk.

Bouncers - under security.

He does maintenance twice in a year when he renovates. Every other maintenance are now expensive.

I know how club business run. Shina Peller is cashing out.

Nigerians are really a dull lot. Always drawing the wrong conclusions. There lesson to be learned here is not "I must be rich" but, "God please deliver me from foolishness"

Sina Peller will make me buy water for 3k ? I will like to see the jazz he uses.

Youth abroad discovering, inventing, advancing . The ones here take delight in drinking expensive water and buying overpriced phones.

Let me say it here straight up : If you use an iPhone (bought it, borrowed it, stole it, I don't care) and you earn less than 400k a month or you don't own your own land and house, THERE. IS. SOMETHING. WRONG. WITH. YOU.
The iPhone is not for the African market dumbo.

U deserve a medal, very intelligent dude

I don't just get it when ppl brag about wasting resources

Table water is 5k on weekends at Quilox. Weekdays 3k.

Shina Peller is freaking cashing out!
You said it as it is. If you mistakenly go there during a weekend when Ambode or Obagool / Martins are around, you definitely might not be welcome as a seasonal guests. Quilox has a standard from day 1, their doors are not opened for everyone.

We are used to it bro, but your post not hitting front page is good atimes as trolls have taken over front page, if you want reasonable discussion, build up a network of followers and mention them, when you bring up a post.
That's exactly what I will do now. I think the admins of this place should check out reddit once a while and get to see the difference.

Not your money. Why should it be your problem? For instance, there are persons who desire to reside in certain areas and they plan achieving their dream. That they desire to own a house does not mean they will get one anywhere. Tiwa Savage recently bought a house in Lekki, does it mean she could not have done same in Ketu? No. But I'm 99% sure she owned an iPhone before the house purchase.

So I ask, was something wrong with Tiwa Savage?

Nothing is wrong with Tiwa; but this is not about Tiwa. Tiwa is doing well by any global standard; my post was directed at those who feel the need to keep up with the Joneses.

At what time of the day did you go there sir?. Secondly, you didn't buy anything so there is no way you will be able to know the prices of drinks sold there....
