I applied twice both successfully in february 2016 and may 2017.Before the receive dates fixed by Payoneer i did inform the post office nearest to my residential address i used in the payoneer application of my incoming mail; but till this day i've not receive my payoneer master card.All twice i applied for,lost in transit.Can you help me out. Hello, is your payoneer account still active? You can request for another one, but this time around, make sure you enter your home address, and not the post office address. Payoneer will take your card to the nearest post office, and it's the post office that will call you or send a small form to notify you that you have goods with them.

Weldone OP. I already have a payoneer account and I recently requested for a Payoneer Debit Mastercard. However, my card is suppose to have arrived since last two weeks according to the estimation day. I tried to track it with the tracking code this is what the website is saying

Recently i discovered i needed to use the account cause my paypal which i use to receive payment won't work on a platform i work on online . Now my question is about my account number. is it the customer ID i'll use as my account number. Thanks.

Go to Receive, Global Payment System and you'll see USD and other currency accounts. You'll find the account number and routing number you need there. Which platform are you talking about though?
