Warranty should cover this. Take it to Carlcare asap.

It is natural when a new device develop fault ,the first day that's y u have d warrant card ,return policy and etc.

Secondly restart the phone don't on ur data . den open d messanger ,try to open apps simultaneously when ever you on data ,
From ur screen its showing ur data and hotspot are on and u want to multitask d phone . may be for a hard test . just know its a new device some apps will need update too .

Well, as I said to my friend who told me he had similar problems, the Huawei honor or mate SE that's almost the same price with lower MP of cameras perfrom better.

I'm going to carlcare tomorrow. The device is defective. They need to change the unit for me. It has not been up to 14 days.

Pls go ,but have it in mind that they will ask you to drop the device for repair, then come back in about a week for it, if they can't repair it immediately. They will never give you a new device. I was once a victim in the time of Tecno n3

Just demand for a replacement. Than repair an dit will cost nothing

Another thing people need to learn is not to rush into updates . tecno phones now has Tecnospot app u can go der and interact before. Updating ur system. And secondly who knows what one did to his or her before it develops d fault ,den they will accuse the company ,

No...It has separate space for m.card and the Sims.

They claimed they will repair the camera and screen and if symptoms persist, they will ascertain that it is a defective unit, hence, change the device. I get my phone back on friday.

Has anyone been able to get a new protective cover case? This plastic that came with the phone is way to fragile.

I am also not understanding the Wifi-Hotspot thing. Mine is not getting detected. I am stuck to using usb tethering for now

Try do flash shar or xender to check if it will work , try to connect it to another phone or PC . if symptoms persist visit calcare

I highly doubt that.
All the reviews I watched. Nobody mentioned any settings. They all weren't impressed with the overexposure of the selfie cam.

I heard stuff about an update to fix it.
But I can't remember where
